ORDERS & SHIPPING

International Orders

We charge a shipping fee of US$30 per timepiece purchase, and US$10 per accessories-only purchase.

​​Timepieces are shipped via DHL Express. The shipment usually takes 4-8 working days to reach you. For certain destinations we may use EMS instead, or contact you to discuss alternatives. 

Accessories are shipped via DHL eCommerce*. Shipment usually takes 7-21 working days. If you buy accessories together with timepieces we'll combine the shipment and use DHL Express.

Items in stock are typically shipped in 3 working days (Monday to Friday) after we receive your payment. ​Shipping confirmation with tracking number will be sent to you via email.

* About DHL eCommerce - this delivery service is usually faster than registered airmail but with this service, the parcel is shipped to a central sorting facility (e.g. in Frankfurt, Germany) and then dispatched to your country. ​Once the parcel has reached your country, DHL eCommerce will hand over to your local postal service (e.g. USPS if in USA) which will then deliver to your address.

The tracking number is generated by DHL eCommerce, but once the parcel has reached your country it can also be tracked via your local postal service website.

Customs Clearance

Our price doesn't include duties that your local customs may require you to pay.

As different countries have different tax rates, contact your customs or visit their website for more information.

We're not liable for delay, damage or loss arising from transit or customs clearance.

Singapore Orders

Deliveries in Singapore are free of charge.​

Timepieces and accessories are delivered via doorstep delivery service. Delivery usually takes 1-2 working days.​​​

Items in stock are typically shipped in 3 working days (Monday to Friday) after we receive your payment. ​Tracking number will be sent to you via email.

Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order as long as it hasn't been shipped. Once it's shipped, your order cancellation will be processed as an item return.

For each order cancellation we charge a 5% re-stocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund to you. Alternatively, to avoid the re-stocking fee, you can ask for a store credit equal to the amount you paid.

Preorders

​For preorders made via our online shop, we'll send you an email confirmation after we receive your preorder.

Preorder fulfilment typically starts 3 months from time of preorder, but may take a longer time time depending on production complexity. ​We're not liable for delays.

When your preordered item is ready to ship we'll email you to complete the purchase. We advise you to complete the purchase within 14 days from the date of the email, failing which your preorder will be deemed cancelled by you.

You may choose to cancel your preorder at any time. For preorders cancelled by you, we'll issue you a store credit equal to the deposit you paid. We do not refund preorder deposits. ​To cancel your preorder, contact us.
